Perhaps a dose of his own medicine before he is slowly hanged and then if he’s still moving shoot him.
But do it right so it lasts. The hardest and most painfull and difficult thing to heal on the human body is a joint.
Shoot him in the joints with a .22. One at a time.

forgot to add that; alot of networks don’t seem to be actively doing anything against this. In My Opinion. I’ve seen many with the “we are not responsible” or “we do not moderate content” and all that. If a network says it has any responsibility to its users. I don’t see how it could allow this. I know there is the a lot of networks supporting VGT project. However, to me thats just an other way for them to “…not be responsible”. I can understand a network thats over run by drones or botnets but this type of thing …i don’t believe i could.
