After announcing the new be quiet! Dark Power 14, the German firm has taken the opportunity to launch the Pure Rock Slim 3. It is a new version of its well-known CPU cooler aimed at compact equipment. This model seeks to solve two of the most common problems in small computers, namely the lack of space for RAM memory modules and complex mounting systems.

For this, the Pure Rock Slim 3 presents a asymmetrical tower design which is moved slightly so as not to invade the space of the memory banks, thus guaranteeing full compatibility. In addition, the company has redesigned the anchoring system to make installation faster and more intuitive, with dedicated supports for Intel and AMD platforms.

130W TDP capacity and silent operation

The core of this heatsink is made up of three 6 mm heat pipes of nickel-plated copper, which make direct contact with the processor to transfer heat more efficiently to the aluminum fin block. According to the manufacturer, this system allows you to manage processors with a TDP up to 130Wmaking it suitable for entry-level gaming computers or multimedia systems.

Active cooling is provided by a 100 mm fan with PWM speed control, which adjusts its revolutions according to the system temperature. The brand has focused on silence, ensuring that the maximum noise level of the fan does not exceed 24.8 dBA at full capacity, maintaining a quiet work or gaming environment.
