Intel has presented its new Panther Lake processorshas at least unveiled the architecture that makes this next series possible. But the leaks have also made us aware of the possible reference list that the processor giant has prepared for its presentation presumably at the next CES. Among the new features we see a new Core Ultra X 300 series with more powerful graphics, which we have also now been able to see leaked on Geekbench 6.

The Intel Panther Lake appear in Geekbench confirming the Core Ultra X 300 Series

Specifically, it has been seen Intel Core Ultra X7 358Hone of the variants that has advanced graphics with 12 Xe3 cores of Intel’s Celestial generation. This processor has been seen in a new ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14a low-profile and smaller 14-inch gaming laptop that will adopt this new Panther Lake series. The GPU has been detected as Intel Arc 16GBimplying that it can access up to 16 GB of shared memory. It has also been shown that it works at a 2.5 GHz frequency.

The Intel Core Ultra X7 358H with integrated Xe3 graphics has access to 16 GB of memory

The Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor has a configuration of 16 coreswith 4 high-performance cores and 12 high-efficiency cores, capable of reaching the 4.8GHz turbo speed. But what is interesting in this Geekbench test is the results of the new Intel Arc Xe3, results that have appeared in the OpenCL test. The maximum score obtained was more than 52,000 points, specifically 52,014 which leave these new integrated graphics in a good position.

The new Intel Arc Xe3 of the Panther Lake achieves 52,014 points in OpenCL

With this score we can compare, in the first instance, the performance of this new Intel Arc. The 52,014 points are close to a similar performance to that of one NVIDIA RTX 3050 dedicated for laptops. It is also possible that this first test of OpenCL is not a test intended to measure performance, but rather a simple test to verify its proper functioning. This may mean that Intel is polishing its drivers to deliver even more performance with the next generation of integrated graphics in Panther Lake.

The new Intel Xe3 integrated into the Panther Lake perform more than the dedicated Intel Arc A550M

What does seem to be clear is that Intel has achieved surpass the first dedicated Intel Arc A Series graphicswith more contained consumption and integrating them into the same package as the CPU. We hope know more details of this next generation of graphics in new leaks.
