Seems lots of networks have issues with bellsouth.
I thought i remembered ETG having issues and blocked a hunk of south Florida because of some annoying user.

It seems to only happen if it comes over port 6667 since the spybot virus connected only over that port

One of the major problems I found with thier policies, was their attitude towards spammers. Many of their users would come to my network and spam the living hell outta it trying to nab users.
