No, but the IRCtoo ad definitely blends in with the page. And you do want to make advertisements stand out, don't you?

You should put the banner advertisements into some type of border/box, and maybe put "Advertisement" under/above it. (Just to set it off from the rest of the page)

I think a better purpose for this service would be to monitor the actual server security, not the politics of the network. Watch for attacks, prevent attacks, etc.
