"Today marks the release of InspIRCd 1.1.5, our most feature-packed, advanced and amazing release to date" the InspIRCd website announced.

Amongst the new features are an m_jumpserver module (those with the power can jump users to another server), a module that adds a snomask with which you can see nickchanges (wha, that'll be heaps of fun on a fewK user server), extra support for servers on dynamic IP addresses and quite a few more additions and bugfixes wich can be found here.
