No matter which server I connect to, I always join a specific channel. I'm not sure where I set this up, I went through the .ini files, all the options, and cannot turn this option off.
Can anyone help?

Uhm, I dont use mIRC myself anymore, but there is a "perform on connect" in the options. Maybe you setup a few /join's there?
Also, what type of channels? You didnt installed any scripts you actually dont know what they do, right? Check in the scripts editor...

yea, i checked out the perform on connect thing...nothing in there...no scripts aside from those I wrote myself.

You have to add the actions you want to perform then enable it.
