Well seeing as I'm a newb here I might as well start here for obvious reasons.....
My nick is Mcmoo, I'm an IRCJunkie too, I regular 9 networks most times, if you couldn't tell i'm not much good at rhymes 
I'm mainly based on three networks where I Oper - Veesix, Ifirc and SoundsNWaves. I run my own network purely for training up my Opers from SoundsNWaves to let them get global experience and break stuff without them affecting any users or upsetting any uppity Opers.
I'm a net DJ on SoundsNWaves as well as a Radio Helper with setting people up. I mainly play metal music cos i'm a wannabe goth/rock chick hehe well sorta.....
I've joined to try to get some perspectives on how to train my Opers up better really, I know for when I was training how I preferred it done, but everyone's different and I want my Opers to be good ones not people who have been shoved through quickly just so they can do a gline instead of only a kline. Also it's always good to see what others are doing and what's new in the world of IRC to keep improving the networks I'm on so our users stay happy and entertained and we continue to grow - you know the old saying - the more the merrier.
