ATTACK SHARK presents the R5 TURBO mouse with carbon fiber and a 60,000 DPI sensor capable of reaching 8,000 Hz polling

Peripheral manufacturer ATTACK SHARK has announced its new wireless gaming mouse R5 TURBOa model with a light weight of only 43 grams which includes a new sensor and a polling rate of 8,000 Hz both by cable and 2.4 GHz.

To maintain that low weight, its perforated casing made of an injection-molded carbon fiber composite stands out. This case has a heat treatment to keep it feeling a little cooler during long gaming sessions.

The ATTAC SHARK R5 TURBO includes a PixArt PAW3950MAX Sensor with 60,000 DPIs at 8,000 Hz

Inside we have the optical sensor PixArt PAW3950MAXcapable of reaching a maximum sensitivity of 60,000 DPI with settings of 50 in 50 DPI. The sensor supports tracking speeds of up to 750 inches per second (IPS) and 60G acceleration. Includes a controller Nordic nRF54LM20 new generation with which he gets the 8,000 Hz polling rate.

The two main clicks use Omron optical switches certified to withstand more than 100 million clicks, while the scroll wheel is equipped with a TTC Golden Wheel touch sensor.

Its 290 mAh battery promises an autonomy of up to 300 hours When operating at 1,000 Hz, this figure will be considerably lower if we use the 8,000 Hz mode, naturally. If you need more autonomy or compatibility without adapters, it also offers connectivity.

He ATTACK SHARK R5 TURBO will be available from October 23, 2026 in three finishes: white, black and one in “sand” color, although at the moment we do not know the market price.
