MSI has launched its new monitor in the Asian market MSI MAG 345CQRF E20a 32-inch ultra-widescreen model with a resolution of 3,440 x 1,440 pixels at 200 Hz in 21:9 format.

So far nothing out of the ordinary within the gaming monitor market. However, what will make this panel special is none other than its price, only about 220-230 euros in exchange.

“Rapid VA” panel at 200 HZ with a very reasonable price

Naturally, here we don’t have Samsung’s latest fifth-generation QD-OLED panels with vertical RGB stripes like those the company integrates into its highest-end monitors. The panel used by this monitor is VA type, specifically the company sells it as “Rapid VA” with response times of 0.5 ms GtG, 90% coverage of the DCI-P3 range and a brightness of 300 nits. Its native contrast is 3,500:1.

The 200 Hz refresh rate is accompanied by AMD FreeSync (Adaptive Sync) technology to adjust to the FPS rate of the graphics card.

It offers support for HDR10 content, although it does not appear to have any certification or ability to display it in high detail.
