FSP CF36A-BR and CF36A-WR: ventilation with ARGB, daisy-chain connection and 3-in-1 design in black and white
FSP had a cooling part at its Computex 2026 stand. In it, it showed us its new pair of ARGB CF36A fans, in versions BR and W.R.. In essence, it is the same product in two colors, black and white, with a proposal clearly designed to facilitate assembly, wiring and lighting synchronization within the chassis.
| Specification | CF36A-BR | CF36A-WR |
|---|---|---|
| Guy | ARGB fan | ARGB fan |
| Design | daisy-chain | daisy-chain |
| Mounting | 3 in 1 design | 3 in 1 design |
| Lightning | Syncable ARGB | Syncable ARGB |
| Color | Black | White |
Less cable and easier installation
The key to this series is the use of a system daisy chain to simplify wiring. It is not a radical novelty within the fan market, but it is still one of the most useful points for the end user, especially in cases where the space behind the tray is already quite limited when several fans, controllers and ARGB strips are accumulated.
FSP also insists on a 3 in 1 design which seeks to speed up installation on the chassis. Added to the synchronizable lighting and a fairly marked visual treatment on the frames, these CF36A seem more oriented towards exhibition or gaming setups with an emphasis on aesthetics than a purely industrial or sober profile.
In the end, the real difference between the two models is only in the color. He CF36A-BR fits into dark or more discreet setups, while the CF36A-WR points to the current boom in white components. FSP, in any case, does not try to complicate the message too much: it is the same thermal and visual recipe, offered in two finishes so that the fan does not clash with the rest of the equipment.
