MAMMOTION LUBA 4 AWD cuts gardens of up to 12,000 m² and overcomes slopes of 80%

MAMMOTION has presented at IFA 2026 the LUBA 4 AWD seriesits new generation of robotic lawnmowers for large gardens and complicated terrain. The family is made up of models 3000F, 6000F and 12000Fprepared to maintain maximum surfaces of 3,000, 6,000 and 12,000 square meters, respectively.

The main novelty is a positioning system that combines four wide-angle cameras, a 360-degree LiDAR and NetRTK. This setup allows you to create maps and navigate without installing perimeter cable or a separate RTK antenna. MAMMOTION iNavi service is included for the life of the product, although coverage may vary by area.

Four cameras, LiDAR and NetRTK to monitor the entire environment

The cameras are distributed between the front, the sides and the rear. Together with LiDAR and NetRTK, they form three localization layers that support each other when lighting, tree cover or garden conditions change. The robot can detect obstacles around the chassis, correct its trajectory and maintain the map with greater stability.

MAMMOTION has also renewed the traction platform. The LUBA 4 AWD incorporates independent front steering, torque distribution between all four wheels and bi-directional driving. You can change direction without always making a sharp turn on the grass, reducing wheel drag. The brand assures that it exceeds slopes up to 80%, equivalent to 38.6 degreesand 60 millimeter obstacles.

Up to three cutting discs and 530 mm width

The LUBA 4 AWD 3000F and 6000F have two discs with six blades each and cover 440 millimeters per pass. The 12000F uses three discs and expands the width to 530 millimeters. Each disc has a 165 W motor, while the floating platforms follow the irregularities of the terrain.

The robot can move at a cutting speed of up to 1 meter per second. In addition, it allows you to reduce the revolutions of the blades when you prefer quieter operation and greater autonomy, or increase them to work on more demanding grass.

The height can be adjusted between 25 and 100 millimeters in the two smaller models. On the 12000F, the range is between 25 and 85 millimeters. A removable battery and 210W fast charging reduce downtime; The system calculates the energy required to complete the pending area and resumes work automatically.

For boundaries next to walls, fences or flower beds there will be an optional side trim accessory, incompatible with the 12000F. The app adds remote video monitoring and offline voice control. The Pre-orders will begin during the fourth quarter of 2026with specifications and availability that will depend on each region.
