Lenovo boasts the first 16-inch laptop that weighs only 1 kg
Lenovo Lecoo Airthat is the name of the new laptop that the Chinese company has launched in Asia, boasting of having achieved the first model with a 16-inch screen that weighs only 1 Kg.
What draws attention, in addition to its weight, and not precisely for the better, is its internal hardware: Lenovo has decided not to use current range processors and opt for an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H processor, instead of taking advantage of the greater efficiency of, for example, the Intel Core Ultra 200V.
It is accompanied by 32 GB of LPDDR5-6400 memory and 1 TB of M.2 storage. All this under a 16-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels and a 120 HZ refresh rate. It is powered by a 60 Wh battery.
We had seen similar weights, or even lower ones, in laptops with much smaller 13 or 14″ diagonals, but never in a model with such a wide diagonal.
The price of the Lenovo Lecoo Air is 4,999 yuan, about 650 euros in direct exchange, a fairly economical amount, which is possibly due to the use of old hardware.

At the moment, we do not know if it will reach the international or European market and at what price it will do so in that case.
