MSI puts the Prestige N16 Flip AI+ with RTX Spark on reserve
He Prestige N16 Flip AI+ It can now be pre-ordered through MSI certified resellers in select markets. It is one of the first Windows laptops announced with NVIDIA RTX Spark and, within that first batch, the only one with a 360-degree hinge. MSI has not yet communicated a global price or a common arrival date for all countries.
The setup combines a 16-inch tandem OLED touchscreen, an MSI Nano Pen, and up to 128GB of unified memory. The manufacturer estimates its maximum AI computing capacity at one FP4 petaflop. That figure describes the announced peak for low-precision operations; does not equate to sustained speed in any application. The platform brings together a Blackwell RTX GPU and a Grace CPU on the same superchip.
A laptop that transforms into a tablet
The UHD+ display can rotate completely thanks to the 360 degree hinge. The device supports laptop, tablet, tent, and presentation modes, and MSI includes a Nano Pen to write or draw on the panel. The manufacturer has also expanded the surface of the touch panel by 53% compared to the previous design that it uses as a reference, although it does not specify the exact dimensions of the area in its announcement.
The convertible format allows you to work directly on the screen, but the available sheet does not detail the resolution in pixels, maximum brightness, refresh rate or color coverage of this model. Nor should it be attributed the figures of other Prestiges of the brand: MSI has not yet published a complete technical sheet with all the components and variants available for each country.
Confirmed physical elements include a SD card reader and four speakers. The company has not specified the weight, thickness or capacity of the battery in its global statement. Nor has it published the number or type of USB ports, so this data is pending in the commercial file of each market.
RTX Spark runs AI models locally

The RTX Spark platform integrates Grace processor and Blackwell graphics on a single chip, with up to 128 GB of shared memory between CPU and GPU. MSI claims that the device can achieve up to one petaflop of FP4 performance. Unified memory allows you to allocate resources to AI, authoring, and development workloads without relying on a graphics card with separate video memory.
The maximum memory capacity will not necessarily be present in all configurations. MSI has not clarified what combinations each distributor will offer or whether the memory can be expanded after purchase. In systems with unified on-chip memory, it should not be assumed that it is replaceable like a conventional module.
MSI presents the laptop as a machine for run AI agents and models locallyin addition to video and 3D creation tasks. The architecture also supports CUDA and RTX technologies such as ray tracing, DLSS and Reflex, according to the brand. That doesn’t guarantee that every app or game will run natively on Windows for Arm: MSI says the device combines Arm apps with x86 software via emulation.
Windows on Arm and availability by market

The Prestige N16 Flip AI+ is based on Windows on Arm. Applications designed for that architecture can run natively; others depend on the Windows emulation layer. MSI has not published a complete list of tested programs or details on driver or peripheral support. For those who depend on specific professional tools, this information will be relevant before purchasing it.
The brand has confirmed reservations through certified partners in select markets, but has not detailed which countries are included in that first global rollout. Its Japanese subsidiary does plan to start sales at the end of October, although that date corresponds to Japan and does not confirm the calendar for Spain. A price for the Spanish market has not been announced either.
