Nothing launches the Phone (4b) with Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, 5,200 mAh battery and blue design with Glyph Bar
Nothing has officially presented the Nothing Phone (4b)a new mobile phone that expands its mid-range with a proposal below the Phone (4a) series, but maintaining several of the brand’s most recognizable visual features. The device comes with a 6.77-inch AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor, 5,200 mAh battery and a light blue rear design featuring a large upper island with two cameras and an integrated LED bar.
The launch confirms much of what had been anticipated in recent weeks. First, its passage through Geekbench had already revealed the use of the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, 8 GB of RAM and Android 16. Shortly after, a preview from the manufacturer itself showed the blue design of the terminal, with black buttons, double rear camera and a visual composition very aligned with the language of Nothing.
Now, with the final specifications already on the table, it is clear that Nothing keeps the base filtered and completes it with various data that was not known then, such as the exact resolution of the panel, the battery size, the type of storage or the complete camera configuration. It is also confirmed that the Phone (4b) retains a very marked aesthetic, with a slightly symmetrical rear, an upper strip crossed by the camera modules and a set that, although distantly reminiscent of other mobile phones with large rear islands (for example, the iPhone 17 Pro), continues to retain much of the brand’s own visual style.

What do the final specifications confirm compared to previous leaks?
The data that best fits with what was announced weeks ago is the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4which finally becomes the brain of the device. 8 GB of RAM and Android 16 are also confirmed, exactly as seen in the performance test. Where there is now more detail is in the rest of the set, since Nothing adds a 5,200 mAh battery, 128 and 256 GB options in UFS 2.2 and an AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.
On the front, the Phone (4b) incorporates a 6.77-inch panel with Full HD+ resolution and a maximum brightness of 2,000 nitswhile the PWM sampling remains at 480 Hz. In cameras, the rear configuration relies on a 50 Mpx main sensor with optical stabilization and an 8 Mpx wide angle, accompanied by a 16 Mpx front camera integrated in a hole centered on the screen.
The connectivity part is also closed, with 5G, NFC, Bluetooth 6.0 and Wi-Fi 6in addition to compatibility with various positioning systems. Nothing adds to that IP64 certification, 33 W charging and 7.5 W wired reverse charging. In dimensions, the phone reaches 164.4 mm high, 78.2 mm wide and 8.6 mm thick, with a weight of 210 grams.
Price, positioning and final design features
With a starting price of 329 eurosthe Nothing Phone (4b) is positioned as an intermediate option within the brand’s catalog, with a technical sheet that cuts several points compared to higher models, but without giving up some distinctive elements of Nothing. Among them is the Glyph Bar, which replaces the broader idea of rear lighting with a vertical LED bar located in the upper right area of the rear module.

The final design also coincides with what Nothing had shown before its presentation. The mobile arrives in light blue with black buttonsdouble rear camera and a large upper strip that concentrates the visual language of the device. This is where the Phone (4b) leaves more personality, with a slightly symmetrical layout and an island that occupies a good part of the upper rear part. The device is now available for reservation on the brand’s official website.
