NVIDIA will buy shares at a price of 6.01 dollarwhich will grant this 2.9% of the company’s ownership, always subject to the relevant approvals by regulatory bodies. NVIDIA wants to contribute its grain of sand in the deployment of new 5G communications along with its 5G and 6G RAN software where the artificial intelligence will play an important role. This corroborates NVIDIA’s intentions to participate in companies that make use of Artificial Intelligence, offering its financial support and providing their hardware solutions for AI.
