Open design and aluminum construction in the new In Win SHIFT case
In Win has in its catalog some of the most striking boxes on the market. Beyond the models with more or less common designs, their open concept towers usually take very original and curious shapes using aluminum as a construction material.
That is precisely the case of the new InWin SHIFT, a model of open concept which we could well classify as “benchtable”, where an aluminum structure with several arms and modules houses the motherboard, of maximum E-ATX size, in the central area, then leaving three exterior areas for fans and liquid cooling radiators.
The graphics card, with a maximum of 35 cm, will not have cooling problems as it is completely exposed to the air and focused by the different fans on the arms. Of course, dust and dirt can be a problem as there is no protection against them.

Despite his completely open designthe In Win SHIFT has a cable hiding system in the lower tray, where the power supply also goes. There are no space limitations for the CPU cooler as there is nothing to contain it. Supports two 2.5″ drives or one 2.5″ and one 3.5″ drives.
In total, it can hold up to 9 120mm fans or three 360 mm radiators, all in a size that varies depending on the placement of the arms. In its most contained configuration, the SHIFT measures 490 x 490 x 309 mm, while in its widest configuration, it goes up to 773 x 773 x 309 mm. Its weight is 4.25 kg.
Its recommended price is 450 euros, a high amount but for which, in exchange, we will receive a very exclusive tower.
