The Google Pixel Watch 4 renders are filtered: continuous design, but more colors and faster lateral load

Android Headlines has revealed the Renders Officers of the Pixel Watch 4which will arrive in two sizes, 41 mm and 45 mmwith news in design, belt options and a renewed load system. The device will be officially presented on August 20, during the Made By Google event, with the possibility of making reservations that same day and shipments from August 28. We will have to confirm if this really happens in our market, although it is likely, taking into account that this device already has been officially selling several generations in Spain.

The design maintains the line of previous generations. However, Google has expanded the variety of colors for straps, which now include tones such as Obsidian, Porcelain and Monstone In the Active Bands, and colors such as Indigo, Limoncello and Iris In the Sport Bands. Additionally, the information is mentioned that the Active Bands will come with a New material that promises greater comfort.

It should be noted that Stretch straps will remain available only for the 41 mm model. As for the box, the pixel watch 4 will be available in four colors: Black, Silver, Dorado and Monstonerepeating the usual chromatic range, although without outstanding changes in external design.

Side load and battery improvements

The same media informs that one of the most prominent novelties is the NEW LOAD SYSTEM. The pixel watch 4 will come with lateral load contacts that allow a recharge to a 25 % faster and facilitate the repair of the device. This change implies that previous models chargers will not be compatible with this version.

Some time ago we also knew that Google has improved the battery, offering greater capacity and autonomy, which responds to a recurring demand in previous models. The pixel watch 4 will arrive with Wear os 6being the first clock adopting the design Material 3 Expressivean interface update that is not yet available in Beta for the rest of the devices. Currently, only Samsung’s Galaxy Watches have Wear OS 6.
