The minimum and recommended requirements for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered revealed
Tomorrow the official remastering of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt hits the market. This CD Projekt RED title will thus be updated with graphic improvements that will make the wait more enjoyable for all those fans of the saga who are waiting for the fourth installment.
CD Projekt RED has now revealed the minimum and recommended requirements, in addition to those necessary to play in Ultra, with Raytracing or even Path Tracing for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered on its website.
Like the vast majority of remasters with graphical improvements, the hardware requirements to move the game fluidly increase, and in the case of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered, in 4K and at the highest quality with Path Tracing, we can go to recommendations from a AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080, and all this needing rescaling and frame generation to achieve a stable 60 FPS rate.
Luckily, those with more mundane hardware will also be able to play the title with different lower graphic options and resolutions such as Full HD. To move the game at 30 FPS at this resolution, the company only recommends a Core i5-8400 or a Ryzen 5 2600 together with a GTX 1660 or a Radeon RX 5500 XT.
Minimum specifications for all equipment and configurations: will be 60 GB of SSD and Windows 11 as the operating system.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered will be released tomorrow as a free update for all owners of the original game.
