This speed is achieved thanks to new manufacturing processes and a redesign of the architecture of the cores and other subsystems. Oryon FlexCache: dynamic cache allocation between cores

In this way, high-performance cores (Prime cores) can use the entire available cache if necessary, without having to use RAM. In cases where more cores need access, they will have it available as well. This system will be accompanied by the L1 cache for each core and a common L2 cache for the entire CPU.
