PS5 emulation advances, Wolverine can now be run on KyTyPS5

The work of the community makes this list grow, with new titles through this SharmEmu or other emulators that are also in the project. New titles like the recently released one Marvel’s Wolverinewhich can now be played with KytyPS5 and Demon’s Souls which now works much more fluidly.

Marvel’s Wolverine now starts on KyTyPS5, although it works at 2 FPS

The Wolverine game, released this month, can now be played on a PC with KyTyPS5although unfortunately the performance achieved does not make it playable. Wolverine works at about 2 FPSstopping before entering the game, and have also required a RTX 5090 next to a Ryzen 7 7800X3D to make it work. But more than performance we must remember that a game released a few days ago already starts on this emulator.

Demon’s Souls now runs at a much smoother FPS rate, between 40 and 50. For this, powerful hardware has also been used, such as a Core i9-14900K and an RTX 5090. To make Demon’s Souls work with this FPS rate, a forked version of KyTyPS5a version that is not available on GitHub at the moment.
