During the presentation of the platform NVIDIA RTX Sparkhas always been with a clear orientation towards heavy Artificial Intelligence tasks. But NVIDIA has always wanted to offer the other side of the coin, the Laptops on this platform will be perfectly valid for gaming. During the Microsoft event held yesterday, the computing giant spent a few minutes demonstrating the RTX Spark compatibility with video games.

NVIDIA RTX Spark will be compatible with hundreds of games from its launch

Microsoft laptops with RTX Spark will be on the market soon, presumably in a week (although it seems not for Spain). Microsoft has clarified that hundreds of games now available for PCincluding AAA and independent titles, will be compatible with this NVIDIA platform from its launch. During the event some games were seen in operation, such as Cyberpunk 2077, Fortnite, Minecraft, World of Warcraft and some more.

As proof that the most recent games also work, it has been seen Gears of Wars: E-Day at 60 FPS with graphics set to Ultra. This rate has been achieved without knowing the resolution of the game and without knowing if DLSS was active helping with a better frame rate per second. A figure of 60FPS that offers good quality and fluidity, but where the conditions to achieve it are not known either.

Other popular games like Call of Duty They have been left behind in this compatibility, although not indefinitely. Microsoft has also said that the popular video game saga will be compatible with RTX Spark in 2027. Its architecture based on Arm and an integrated GPU of the Blackwell generation These could undoubtedly be the reasons why NVIDIA has to work with the Call of Duty team (and surely many others) to achieve compatibility that offers good performance under this new platform.
