HP laptops with NVIDIA RTX Spark start at $2,999.99 with 18-core CPU, 5,120-core GPU, and 32GB of unified RAM
The launch of the laptops under the new platform was scheduled today. NVIDIA RTX Spark. A mysterious series that has at least revealed its specifications in some models, but that kept other data such as its price or autonomy a great mystery. HP seems to have been the first and has already started selling these OmniBook laptops with NVIDIA RTX Spark and prices range between 3000 and 5000 dollars.
HP OmniBook with RTX Spark starts at $2,999
According to NotebookCheck, the HP OmniBook It starts at $2,999.99, while the 16-inch version goes up $200 more to $3,199.99. As had been rumored with the Microsoft Surface Laptop Ultrathese HPs also start with a configuration of 18-core CPU and 5,120-core Blackwell generation GPUat least they come with 32 GB of LPDDR5x memory at 9,400 MT/s. As for storage, HP models use a 1TB SSD with PCIe 5.0 connectivity.
A higher configuration also increases the sales price, and models with 64 GB costs $5,000. The HP OmniBook X 14 has also appeared on the web, which already includes the Blackwell GPU with 6,144 cores64 GB of unified memory and a 2 TB drive of storage, with a listed price of $4,499.99. The HP OmniBook Ultra 16 was also going for $4,999.99 with 64 GB of unified RAM, but in its version with 5,120 CUDA cores.
Models with 64 GB of unified memory reach $5,000
At the moment the models have not been seen with 128 GB of unified RAMat least to get an idea of the prices that this model can have. If 64 GB is offered for $4,500, double the memory will surely raise its price enough to reach the HP ZBook Ultra G3a with a Ryzen AI Max PRO 495 and 192 GB of RAM.
On the other hand, HP systems are based on 32GB and they make use of the lightest CPU with 18 cores and the GPU with 5,120 CUDA cores. We will have to see how much it is able to lower the price in systems with 24GB RAM And if there are versions available with a lower capacity SSD disk that further improve these already high prices of laptops.
