HP will expand its catalog with RTX Spark laptops, a compact desktop and GB300 systems for Windows

With the permission of the Surface Laptop Ultra, HP has taken advantage of Computex 2026 to further detail its commitment to RTX Spark, NVIDIA’s new platform for Windows laptops with Arm CPU, integrated Blackwell GPU and a mixed focus on artificial intelligence, content creation and gaming. The company confirms that this architecture will arrive at the end of the year in the HP OmniBook Ultra 16 and HP OmniBook X 14. We will have to wait a little, but the platform is beginning to gain traction.

According to HP, one of these models will also be the thinnest RTX Spark laptop on the market, although for now it has not detailed thickness, exact configurations or prices. What it does make clear is the type of user it is aimed at: creators, players and developers who want to run local AI loads and work within the Windows ecosystem without always depending on the cloud.

The ad is not limited to the portable format. HP has also announced that will expand the RTX Spark family with a compact desktop, designed to offer another way of entry to this platform for creation, development and artificial intelligence profiles. At the moment there is no closed technical sheet either, but the underlying idea is that RTX Spark does not remain only as a category of ultrabooks, but as a broader base for different PC formats.

Much of HP’s message revolves around facilitating the development of AI agents and hybrid flows between local execution and remote services. The company talks about teams prepared to use open toolchains, preconfigured environments and support for agent frameworks, with the intention of reducing start-up time for developers and technical teams.

In parallel, HP has confirmed that its desktop and rack systems with NVIDIA GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra They’re coming to Windows later this year. The company presents them as a way to bring supercomputing power for AI to business environments that already work on Windows and that want to connect always-on agents with applications and internal flows without leaving that environment.

Within that more professional part a new configuration also appears HP ZGX Nanoaimed at regulated environments where local and secure processing is prioritized. HP explains that this system reduces the attack surface by physically restricting wireless connections and external interfaces, an approach designed for sensitive, remote or classified deployments.

Outside of the RTX Spark, HP has also shown the OmniDesk Mini Desktop PCa mini PC with Intel Core Ultra Series 3 that claims to be the first in its category with Thunderbolt Share. The team will be able to control two PCs with a single keyboard and mouse, transfer files quickly and manage up to four 4K displays, scheduled to arrive in August 2026.

The company completes the announcement with an update for the HP Z2 Mini G1awhich will integrate AMD Ryzen AI PRO 400 processors and the validated Ryzen AI Halo software stack for developers. Altogether, HP reveals a broader strategy than it seemed in the first preview: use Computex not only to get on the RTX Spark launch, but to order a range from lightweight laptops to compact systems, workstations and AI hardware closer to the data center.
