Attack Shark introduces 39-gram F1 AIR mouse with 60,000 DPI PixArt sensor and 8K polling rate
The gaming peripheral brand Attack Shark has announced the launch of the F1 AIR, its new ultralight model aimed at the field of eSports and competitive FPS titles. The most notable physical aspect of the device lies in its chassis weighs 39 grams. This reduction seeks to mitigate muscle fatigue in the wrist during prolonged sessions and facilitate rapid acceleration and braking movements on the mat.
On a technical level, the mouse debuts the PixArt PAW3955MAX optical sensor, a tracking unit capable of reach a maximum resolution of 60,000 DPI along with a sampling rate of 850 IPS and accelerations of up to 75G. The component supports fine step-by-step sensitivity adjustments of 1 DPI and includes native support for 1K, 2K and 4K refresh rates, scalable up to 8,000 Hz. Nordic nRF54L15 wireless architecture and 0.168 millisecond click latency
Management of wireless data processing and transmission falls to the Nordic nRF54L15 microcontroller. This chip operates in conjunction with proprietary Smart Speed Wireless technology to optimize power consumption and link stability. The product packaging includes a USB wireless receiver with shark fin design, equipped with a wireless receiver with extended antenna to maintain radio frequency channel stability in high interference environments.
