All the details and features of the OnePlus 15 that will arrive in Spain on November 13
The OnePlus 15 is a highly anticipated terminal
The wait is over. Well, almost. After weeks of rumors and leaks, the OnePlus 15 It is now official in China and is preparing for its global landing. The date marked on the calendar for Spain is next November 13and the expectation is maximum. This year, the company has skipped the numbering (goodbye to 14 due to Chinese superstitions) to present a device that represents a real turning point in design, power and, above all, battery.
In this guide we are going to review all the details and features of this new flagship. We tell you that there are very profound changes: the curved screens are abandoned, Hasselblad in photography is said goodbye and a gigantic 7300 mAh battery is welcomed. It looks good, right?

A total redesign: goodbye to curves and hello to flat edges
The first big headline for the OnePlus 15 is its complete aesthetic redesign. OnePlus has decided to follow the market trend and abandon curved screens that had been a hallmark of its high range. The new model relies on a completely flat panel and also flat edges, offering a less curved and more robust overall appearance.
Construction materials are premium. We have an aluminum alloy frame and a back that varies depending on the color. The black and purple models use glass, while the sand model opts for a fiberglass-reinforced composite, which explains the slight difference in weight (211g vs. 215g).
But the most impressive thing in this section is its resistance. The OnePlus 15 not only has IP68 certification, but raises it to IP69K. This means that it is not only submersible up to 2 meters for 30 minutes, but is also resistant to high pressure and high temperature water jets. A real wonder for durability.
165Hz screen and an almost non-existent bezel
The display has always been a strong point of OnePlus, and this year is no exception. Assemble a panel 6.78 inch LTPO AMOLED manufactured by BOE (of the new type X3) with a resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels. The adaptive refresh rate can vary from 1 Hz to impressive 165Hz in certain modes, guaranteeing extreme fluidity.

But the real jewel in the crown is its bezels. Thanks to the new panel, the OnePlus 15 gets tiny bezels of just 1.15 mm on all sides. This, combined with the flat screen, offers a very high screen-to-body ratio (95.5%) and an incredibly immersive viewing experience. In addition, it is compatible with Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and has Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
The raw power is provided by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and advanced cooling
At the heart of this OnePlus 15 we find Qualcomm’s most powerful processor to date, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. This 3-nanometer chipset, with cores that reach 4.6 GHz, promises spectacular performance. It comes with configurations of 12 or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage of up to 1 TB.

To keep the temperatures of such a motor at bay, OnePlus has implemented a top-notch cooling system. According to what has been learned, the device includes a huge vapor chamber and external thermal insulation designed so that heat is not transferred to the chassis and, therefore, to the user’s hands. This will be key to maintaining sustained performance during long gaming sessions or 8K video recording.
OnePlus abandons Hasselblad and switches to the Lumo system
Here comes the second big headline: the collaboration with Hasselblad is over. After several generations, OnePlus abandons the iconic photography brand to adopt the OPPO Lumo systemits parent company. A rather curious move because OPPO has just launched its X9 and X9 Pro with a collaboration with Hasselblad.

In any case, the hardware, on paper, is impressive. We have a triple system where the three sensors are 50 megapixels:
- 50 MP main sensor (f/1.8) with OIS for sharp and bright photos.
- 50 MP periscopic telephoto sensor (f/2.8) with a 3.5x optical zoom (80-85mm equivalent) and OIS.
- 50 MP ultra-wide angle sensor (f/2.0) with a field of view of 116 degrees.
The front selfie camera also goes up a notch, with a 32 MP sensor that now includes autofocus (AF) and is capable of recording in 4K at 60 fps. As for the rear video, the terminal can record in 8K at 30fps and 4K up to 120 fps, including support for Dolby Vision.
The (huge) 7300 mAh battery and connectivity
Without a doubt, the most surprising feature of this OnePlus 15 is its battery. We are talking about a capacity of 7300mAhan astronomical figure that destroys all its direct competition. This is possible thanks to the use of new silicon-carbon technology, which allows greater energy density in the same space. Actually, they are two 3650 mAh cells.

This battery not only promises an autonomy of two days with intensive use, but it also charges at breakneck speeds. Supports 120W fast wired charging (from 0 to 100% in 40 minutes), 50W wireless charging and 10 W reverse charging. The 120 W charger is also included in the box, at least in the Chinese version. In the connectivity section, the terminal comes with all the latest: Wi-Fi 7Bluetooth 6.0, dual-band GPS, NFC, infrared and a USB-C 3.2 port.
Availability and price in Spain
The OnePlus 15 is now available in China and, as we have mentioned, its global presentation (and, therefore, for Spain) will be on November 13. We don’t have the official prices for the European market yet, but we can get an idea by looking at the launch prices in China:
| Configuration | Price (CNY) | Price approx. (EUR) |
| 12GB + 256GB | 3,999 CNY | €482 |
| 12GB + 512GB | 4,599 CNY | €555 |
| 16GB + 256GB | 4,299 CNY | €519 |
| 16GB + 512GB | 4,899 CNY | €590 |
| 16GB + 1TB | 5,399 CNY | €650 |
Obviously, it is important take these prices as a reference. Historically, the price in Europe is substantially higher due to taxes, tariffs and distribution costs. To give you an idea, the OnePlus 13, the previous model, had a starting price of 1,029 euros. We will have to wait until November 13 to know the official figures for Spain.
