AOC launches the AGON PRO AG326UZD2, a 240 Hz 4K QD-OLED monitor priced at 999 euros

AGONAGON, AOC’s gaming brand, has announced the AGON PRO AG326UZD2a new 31.5-inch gaming monitor that goes up a notch within its premium catalog. The model relies on a fourth-generation QD-OLED panel with 4K resolution and a refresh rate of 240 Hz, a combination that is already establishing itself as one of the most attractive formats for the high-end market.

The AG326UZD2 takes the previous AG326UD as a reference, but improves several key sections. The most obvious jump is in the frequency, which goes from 165Hz to 240Hzmaintaining a response time of 0.03 ms GtG. Added to this is an increase in the HDR level, with brightness peaks of 1,000 nits in a small window and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, compared to the True Black 400 of the previous model.

The new screen is not limited to competitive play. AOC highlights a coverage of 99.7% of the DCI-P3 space, 140.7% sRGB and 96.9% Adobe RGB, in addition to a 10-bit panel. This combination seeks to reinforce the idea of a monitor also valid for content creation and multimedia consumptionsomething increasingly common in this range of screens that mix speed, color and high resolution.

Connectivity is another of its strong points. It includes two HDMI 2.1 ports for consoles, DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR 20 to squeeze 4K at 240 Hz on PC, and USB-C with 65 W of power delivery. It also incorporates a USB HUB, KVM switch and PbP/PiP functions, so it can serve as a work center for those who alternate laptop, desktop and console on a single table.

More OLED, more refreshment and a clear commitment to the premium segment

This launch fits with the strategy that AOC has been building around OLED for months. In November we already reviewed how AGON was promoting its PRO range with OLED and QD-OLED monitors of different formats. The idea was none other than to cover both the competitive end and the premium 4K segment without leaving the AGON PRO family.

Within that plan, the AG326UZD2 represents a logical evolution. It maintains the 31.5 inches and the UHD resolution of the AG326UD, but updates the panel to adapt it to what is expected today from a reference monitor in this size: 240Hz, stronger HDR, and modern connections. In that sense, the screen is placed at a point highly sought after by users who want sharpness, color and fluidity in the same product.

There are also less spectacular details, but important in daily use. AOC incorporates the AntiReflection 3.0 layer to reduce reflections without losing too much image vividness, something especially relevant in OLED. The stand maintains the compact design typical of AGON PRO, designed to leave more space for the keyboard and mouse, and offers height, swivel, tilt and pivot adjustments, with VESA compatibility included.

The brand also accompanies the product with a three-year warranty that covers burn-in, a condition that is already beginning to be almost mandatory in the OLED segment. This helps to reinforce confidence in a purchase of this level, because one of the usual brakes for many users is still the panel durability in intensive and prolonged use.

The market context also plays in its favor. At the beginning of the year we already saw proposals from the brand such as the AGON PRO AGP277KX with dual mode 5K at 165 Hz and QHD at 330 Hz, a sign that AOC wants to explore several formulas at the top of its catalog. The AG326UZD2 fits where the category is attracting the most interest right now: 32 inches, 4K and 240 Hz. The monitor will arrive in April 2026 with a recommended price of 999 euros in Spain. It is true that it stings, but it is a ticket that aligns with the premium QD-OLED segment.
