The latest Intel drivers 32.0.101.8861 Beta are now compatible with the Intel Arc G3
Just a week ago Intel launched the previous version of the drivers to the current one that we have learned about today. The previous version 32.0.101.8860 fulfilled the certification WHQL unlike the 32.0.101.8861 which is available in version BETA. But besides this there is another big difference, Intel seems to have finally made its drivers compatible with the most modest version of the Intel Arc G3 processors presented during the past COMPUTEX.
The new drivers are now compatible with the basic Intel Arc G3
It seems that this did not last long, and in this version of the drivers the Intel Arc G3 Processorwhich was not available with the previous version. But for the moment this Intel Arc G3 more modest has not made an appearance on any device, unlike the version Extreme that we know is at least in 3 consolesthe MSI Clawthe Acer Predator Atlas and the OneXPlayer 3.
These are the differences between the Intel Arc G3 and the Arc G3 Extreme
Although the most powerful of the two bears the last name Extremethere are not so many differences between both processors with Integrated graphics Intel Arc. The most notable difference is the integrated graphics included, being the Intel Arc B390 in the Extreme model and the B370 in the basic model. Basically the most powerful one has 12 Xe3 cores while the B370 lower these to 10 coresIn addition, the B390 works up to 2.3GHz while the B370 stays in 2.2GHz.
As for the CPU both have 14 coresbut the version Extreme is able to achieve 100MHz more than the basic version, and has a configurable TDP with 5W further.

Despite these differences, Intel has already prepared its drivers for the Inte Arc G3 more basic, the only thing left is for manufacturers to offer their devices including this processor at a more attractive price for players who do not want to spend so much on the version Extreme.
