The Scyrox V12M and V12L are lightweight mice that weigh just 49 grams, have a translucent chassis and a polling rate of 8,000 Hz.
For a long time we have become accustomed to having good peripherals at very reasonable prices. For example, this is what happened to us with the ATK Dragonfly A9 Air+ when we reviewed it. Now, Scyrox, a lesser-known brand, has officially presented its new V12 series of gaming mice, consisting of the variants V12M and V12L.
The brand seeks to position itself as a direct alternative to the most expensive models on the market, although with an adjusted price. In fact, on the official website, the price starts from 67.05 euros. Although technically they are already available, they are currently out of stock. You will have to wait a little to get one of them.
The difference between both options is found in the dimensions of the chassis and the total weight. The V12M is aimed at players with hands up to 190mm and weighs only 49gwhile the V12L raises its measurements to reach the 51g. One difference, that of weight, which, put into practice, is minimal.
The two peripherals feature a symmetrical casing with a smooth central rise and slightly flared ends, suitable for palm or claw grips, finished with a Biotech Microcrystal Nano Coating exterior in translucent shades of orange, purple or gray.

PixArt PAW Next I Sensor, 8K Polling and Halo Interactive Receiver
Regarding its components, both models incorporate the optical sensor PixArt PAW Next I managed by the microcontroller Nordic 54H20. This set allows you to achieve a sampling rate of up to 8,000Hzboth in its 2.4 GHz wireless connection and via USB cable. Likewise, the main buttons have Kailh optical switches certified for 100 million keystrokes, accompanied by a magnetic encoder on the scroll wheel and a 250 mAh battery.

The package also includes the new wireless receiver Halo Interactiveequipped with RGB lighting to visually communicate the status of the device. Using synchronized light patterns, the base reflects the percentage of remaining battery, the active DPI profile, the transmission rate or the keystrokes in real time.
By the way, Scyrox has renewed its configuration tool that works directly in the browser, from where it is possible to remap buttons, adjust the sensor angle and modify LOD values.
