This is how the remaining GIGABYTE laptop range looks like

Beyond the AORUS MASTER 16 and the AERO GIGABYTE at Computex 2026 It revealed a much wider range of laptops than it seemed in the first announcement. In that area appeared the GIGABYTE GAMING A18 PROhe GIGABYTE GAMING A16 PROhe GIGABYTE GAMING A16 and the GIGABYTE EAGLEfour teams that cover different levels within the entry and mid-high range family for gaming.

The joint reading is quite clear. GIGABYTE wants to reserve the AORUS family for the premium showcase, leave the AERO X16 as a more hybrid option between creation, productivity and gaming, and use the brand GAMING next to EAGLE to cover the bulk of the market with more staggered configurations. In all of them, a common language of relatively thin chassis, fast 165 Hz screens, WINDFORCE cooling and a discourse increasingly supported by the idea of AI gaming.

An intermediate step where the screen and format weigh as much as the GPU

Of the four, the most striking by format is the GAMING A18 PRO. GIGABYTE takes advantage of its size to mount a panel 18 inches with resolution 2.5Kformat 16:10frequency of 165Hzresponse time 3ms and coverage of 100% DCI-P3. It does not have the most powerful GPU of the group, since it remains in one RTX 5060 Laptopbut it does offer a larger experience aimed at those who prioritize screen space without leaving a laptop.

The GAMING A16 PRO and GAMING A16 They share the 16-inch 2.5K visual base at 165 Hz, with 500 nits brightness and 3 ms response. In both cases, GIGABYTE pushes the message of immersive experience and thin design, with a thickness of 19.45mm and 180 degree hinge. The key difference is in the platform: the A16 PRO uses up to Intel Core 7 240H and RTX 5060 Laptopwhile the A16 goes up to Intel Core Ultra 9 185H and RTX 5070 Laptop.

That makes the GAMING A16 It is, in fact, the most interesting of the block due to the balance between power and potential price. The card photographed at the stand also adds up to 115W Max TGPsupport for MUX Switch and a battery of more than 12 hours, which places it well above the PRO model in general ambition, despite sharing an almost identical name.

The EAGLE remains the gateway and the GAMING family gains more nuances than expected

At the base appears the GIGABYTE EAGLEa laptop with more content designed for those who want to enter the gaming range without increasing both the GPU and processor. Here the formula uses a AMD Ryzen 5a RTX 4050 Laptop and a 16-inch screen FHD+ at 165 Hz with 400 nits and 100% sRGB. It maintains, however, several features of the rest of the family: aluminum chassis 19.59mm180-degree hinge, WINDFORCE cooling and USB-C with DisplayPort 1.4 and Power Delivery 3.0.

The interesting thing about seeing them all together at the stand is that the range is much clearer. GIGABYTE is not limited to offering “just another gaming laptop”, but rather a fairly defined ladder: EAGLE as input, GAMING A16 PRO as a midpoint, GAMING A16 as the most powerful option within that format and GAMING A18 PRO for those who want a larger panel without jumping to the absolute premium segment.

Together, these models leave a simple conclusion: although the media focus is on the MASTER 16 and the AERO RTX 4050, 5060 and 5070 with fast panels, slim designs and an increasingly strong focus on AI-accelerated gaming and all-round 16- and 18-inch laptops.
