This is the brand’s first laptop to use AMD 3D V-Cache technology with the Ryzen 9 9955HX3D
At this Computex 2026, Acer has revealed the renewal of its line of Nitro gaming laptops with the new Acer Nitro 16 (AN16-A91)a 16-inch model that introduces AMD processors equipped with 3D V-Cache memory for the first time in the manufacturer’s catalog.

The internal configuration of this laptop stands out for mounting the processor AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3Dwhich uses 2nd generation AMD 3D V-Cache technology and which has already passed through our laboratory, becoming one of the most powerful processors in the world for gaming. The graphics section is covered by NVIDIA’s new Blackwell architecture solutions, allowing up to one GPU to be equipped GeForce RTX 5070 Ti for Laptop with 12 GB of GDDR7 memory. To keep temperatures under control, it integrates a double fan cooling system supported by four air inlet openings and four heat outlet openings.
As for the screen, the Acer Nitro 16 mounts a 16-inch panel in 16:10 format with resolution WQXGA (2560 x 1600). This component offers a refresh rate of up to 240 Hz, 100% sRGB color coverage and a 3 ms GtG response time, and is also compatible with G-Sync. In terms of connectivity, the device comes with a USB 4 Type-C port and a Wi-Fi 6E wireless card.
This model will be available in Spanish stores starting in August 2026.
