Windows 11 prepares an automatic dark mode

This option is active on a multitude of operating systems, especially on mobile devices Android and iOSalthough it is also present in Linux distributions. Windows 11 resisted implementing this simple change that will adapt to the times of day to show your Windows with white colors or with a theme where black predominates. As we see on X/Twitter, a user has detected that Microsoft is working on this implementation in a experimental OS build.

Changes detected include phrases such as:

• “Schedule auto mode”.
• “Mode only changes when PC is idle.”
• “This prevents the mode from changing while you’re working or in meetings.”
• “Turn on location services to automatically Schedule dark mode. When location services are turned off, dark mode is activated from (START) to (END).”

Basically these phrases tell us that the light and dark mode automaticallyand that will only change when the PC is at rest. This will prevent the change from occurring when you are working on the PC or in a meeting. For this change to work automatically, you must have the active location servicessince if they are off, dark mode will be activated from the moment you turn on the PC until you turn it off.
