The ASUS Ascent QN10 with Snapdragon X2 Elite arrives in Europe and is already sold for 2,195 euros
ASUS has confirmed the Ascent QN10 availability in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with a recommended price of 2,195 euros in the first two markets and 2,195 Swiss francs in the third. The announced configuration includes 32 GB of memory and a 512 GB SSD.
The mini PC with Snapdragon X2 Elite had already been presented and marketed in the United States. Now, the European announcement specifies the markets and price of a machine that combines an 18-core Arm processor with Windows 11 Pro in a box of less than 0.7 liters.
European configuration includes 32 GB of RAM
The model announced for these markets uses the Snapdragon X2 Elite X2E-88-100. Integrate a Third generation Qualcomm Oryon CPU with 18 cores, graphics Adreno X2-90 and one NPU Hexagon up to 80 TOPS for artificial intelligence operations.
ASUS accompanies it with 32 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 memory and a 512 GB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD. The operating system comes installed, so the price corresponds to a complete computer with Windows 11 Pro and not a barebone to which storage and license have to be added.
The global sheet of the QN10 contemplates other configurations, but the statement for Germany, Austria and Switzerland expressly identifies 32 GB and 512 GB. It is advisable to keep this difference in mind when comparing prices with models marketed in other countries.
In the United States, ASUS launched a 16GB variant for $1,349 and a 32GB variant for $1,699. These amounts were published without taxes, while the announced European price already includes them.
Three USB4 in a 13 centimeter chassis

The Ascent QN10 measures 130 × 130 × 39.96 millimeters and weighs 750 grams. It has a silver finish and requires an external 180W power adapter, included with the power cable. The power of the adapter is not equivalent to the usual consumption of the computer.
The peripheral connection is divided between the front and the rear. In front there are two USB4 type C at 40 Gbps, one USB-A at 10 Gbps, another USB-A 2.0 and a combined headphone and microphone jack.
Behind it it incorporates a third USB4 at 40 Gbps and two USB-A at 10 Gbps, along with HDMI, Ethernet and the power input. All three USB4s support DisplayPort 2.1 output and 5V 3A power delivery for compatible devices.
For the wired network it has 2.5 Gbps Ethernet. Wireless connectivity includes WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0. The set allows you to connect fast external drives and various peripherals without depending exclusively on a USB dock.
The NPU needs applications that can take advantage of it

ASUS directs the equipment to developers and users who want to run AI loads locally. Among the available resources, he cites the Qualcomm AI Hub, with more than 175 optimized models and tools to adapt and deploy models on the platform.
In security, ASUS includes the Microsoft Pluton processor and fTPM 2.0 to protect credentials and encryption keys. These are features of the equipment advertised for professional environments. Its presence does not mean that the data always remains inside the computer: if an application uses an external service, that part of the work is processed outside the device.
The manufacturer also mentions flows with OpenClaw and Hermes Agent that combine local processing with cloud services. In those cases, where each operation is executed depends on the software configuration and the model used. Having an NPU of 80 TOPS does not guarantee that any application will use it.
There are already offers below the recommended price
In German stores it can already be found below the recommended price. ARLT announces the QN10-VQ0008NN with 32 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD and Windows 11 Pro for 2,002 euros, with taxes included and shipping costs apart. The store shows it in stock for shipping at the time of inquiry.
ASUS’ announcement confirms distribution in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It does not include an arrival date or an official price for Spain, so the 2,195 euros should be understood as the reference communicated for the announced European markets.
